This deck, obviously, revolves around level 4's in a different way. At the time of its creation, this deck was much stronger. Now that the meta has changed, the deck is no weak and pitiful compared to its original capacity..... but its still fun when ith friends! This deck is the first deck I made that wasn't a form of meta or taken from some youtube video.
