Hey guys long time no see lol

NOA is not finished yet but I have decided to open NOA & let it's members do BA's & Wars etc while I finish NOA.Thanks to all NOA's members for your Patience & please give me some more time to finish NOA i will try my best to make the wait worth it. I will post what needs done Status later xd
