As always a reminder: NOA operates a zero tolerance policy in regard to cheating, harassment and unsportsmanlike behaviour. Any player deemed to be acting with the above manners shall be booted from the tournament.

YOUR MAIN, SIDE AND EXTRA DECK MUST NOT CONTAIN ANY LEVEL 4 OR HIGHER MONSTERS.

There are NO direct deck restrictions - except the banlist below, it is under TCG banlist but OCG cards are permitted.
