RULES

You must construct a 40 (or more) card deck including the 4 big dragons (blaster, tidal, redox, tempest) the rest of the deck is up to you. The tournament will follow the January TCG 2014 banlist POST LVAL - any cards in future packs will not be playable. Matches should be hosted in DuelingNetwork or PercyPro and further details about end of match procedures will be posted on the tournament page. Apart from the fact you must include all 4 dragons there are NO restrictions on decks, may the ultimate dragon tamer be found.

> It will be a match single elimination tournament (dependant on participants). Feature matches each round will be taking place so if you are selected do not start the match until I say so (further details following registration). I may decide to do a semi-swiss style event (3 or 4 rounds) with a top 4 cut instead if i deem that this will work better.

> The Top 4 decklists will be posted with an article following the tournament, the winner of this tournament gains all bragging rights as the king of the dragon rulers along with 250DP


> Decklists must be sent to me before you are accepted as a participant - deck changing is never allowed

As always NOA operates a zero tolerance policy towards cheating and unsportsmanlike behaviour - if a player is found to be cheating or behaving in a way deemed disrespectful they will be instantly disqualified and banned from all future events.
